Order Care Supply Prescription Products Easily
OneMed Care Recipient Portal is an easy-to-use online service that allows you or a family member to conveniently order prescribed medical supplies directly to your home.
How to order through the Care Recipient Portal
- Sign in using your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.
- If you are signing in for the first time, your personal identity code must be registered in the system.
- If you receive an error message during sign-in, your personal identity code may not yet be registered. Our Customer Service team can assist you.
- For assistance, please contact Customer Service at 020 786 6860, weekdays 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- You can order both prescription products funded by your wellbeing services county and products paid for by yourself.
