The OneMed Customer Portal is a user-friendly ordering channel when you or your relatives want to order prescribed care supplies conveniently to your home.

Here's how to order from the customer portal:

  1. Log in to the web service using strong authentication (bank credentials or mobile certificate).
  2. Strong authentication requires the user's personal identification number for the customer's care supply prescription.
  3. If the personal identification number is missing from the user information, contact OneMed customer service.
  4. By logging into the service, you can order both prescription and self-paid products.
