The OneMed Customer Portal is a user-friendly ordering channel when you or your relatives want to order prescribed care supplies conveniently to your home.
Here's how to order from the customer portal:
- Log in to the web service using strong authentication (bank credentials or mobile certificate).
- Strong authentication requires the user's personal identification number for the customer's care supply prescription.
- If the personal identification number is missing from the user information, contact OneMed customer service.
- By logging into the service, you can order both prescription and self-paid products.
